Andria responded to my initial contact quickly and I was able to make an appointment for a consultation within a week of putting my request through her website. I was fairly clear about what I was looking for and she was able to provide me with samples and some information on my options. We had to do some electronic communication on some of the measurements and other details and the responses were almost immediate and very clear. When Andria and Darren came to install the blinds they were very speedy and pleasant. A very easy job on my part and the cost and service were excellent!
